Contract Development

One-time contract with a list of things to do, which will be agreed by both the parties, any additions or deviations in the project will be raised and a new change request is recorded with an increased time frame, and a revised contract is signed. A time of 2 weeks will be given after the initial delivery to come up with any modifications or with a list of things not met, after which it will be considered as a new project.

Time and Money Development

GMR allocates resources to your projects, both on-site and off-site which you can directly manage or ask for a project manager to manage the resources. Project Manager acts as a one-point contact through out the development. GMR looks after the resource utilization and you will only pay for the resources when you are actually using them. So you pay the money only for the time you have used the resource.

Consulting and Architecture

GMR will perform an initial business consulting with its resources, and would submit an initial business analysis report. Based on close discussions with you on the business analysis report, a risk mitigation strategy is prepared and shared with the management team. Then we devise a strategic action plan and help you in architecting a process. This process is in-turn used for any database design or software application development at your company. You can get an experts opinion on the process devised.

Build and Maintain

The applications that are developed by GMR on-site and off-shore development team, based on your needs are checked, upgraded and maintained by us. We will be with you to look after the operational efficiency. One of the GMR associates shall be placed at your organization to look after the application and solve the problems if there are any. You would be asked to pay for the hours that the associate works on-site or off-shore on the application.

Offshore Application Maintenance

Software applications developed in one of the technologies mentioned in the technologies page, can be maintained by GMR at an offshore location at a fraction of cost. Our resources, shall attend your office or can have video conferencing for any technical trainings and knowledge transfers, so that the application can be maintained. Maintenance also include website maintenance, inventory tools maintenance, database updates, content updates, version patch updates etc., It is just like an AMC for your household furnishings.
